The equipment is always clean as well is the gym and the dressing room areas. When I first went there I was a little apprehensive about staff - usually a lot of meatheads walking around in a gym. I have yet to find an employee at Xcel that isn't friendly and nice and helpful. They offer some amazing classes and the trainers are incredible!
